Frankincense

Frankincense is a tree resin that has been used and valued since ancient times for its cosmetic, medicinal, and aromatic applications. It’s collected from the Boswellia tree family, which comprises of many species, but only a few exude resin that yields frankincense oil with the classical fragrance we are familiar with.

The smell of Frankincense is fresh, woody, balsamic, slightly spicy and fruity.
